Frequently Asked Questions

How many conference participants will attend my session?
How many participants attend any particular session depends largely on the interest in that particular session, the presenter's name recognition, and how many and what other sessions are available in the same time slot. Forum Sessions are intended for an audience of 50 to 75 people, but the actual number of participants can range from a small handful to 75. Roundtable Discussions are aimed at audiences of 10 to 12, but can range from 2 to 20. Traffic will vary during Poster Sessions since participants are free to move from one presentation to another.

Do I need to register for the conference?
Yes. Once a proposal has been accepted and a speaker agreement form has been signed, all presenters are required to register and pay the conference registration fee. Neither honoraria nor expenses are paid to presenters.

Where can presenters mail their handouts or other items needed for the conference?
Handouts or other items can be shipped to the hotel using the following format:
